Our team of researchers have been working on the task of pre-symptomatic (preventive) diagnosis of diseases for a long time now, and as part of this research have come far in a number of components of the task - data collection, predictions, recommendations. So far, we have created an AI medical assistant, which we are going to introduce in this post.

In our view, a health assistant is a recommendation system that, based on the received health data, assesses the risks of disease development (pre-diagnoses), makes forecasts for key health indicators and forms recommendations for improving these indicators.
Today, our assistant analyzes 100+ groups of health parameters and makes predictions and recommendations on some of them.
The assistant is available to Accofrisk Watch AI users.
How do we get health data today? We examine the user's pulse wave by reading it with a secure sensor from the user's wrist. The data is sent to the ARIA AI, a black box whose output is 100 groups of parameters and indices about the user's health. The results take into account the relationship with your diet, physical activity and the medications you take.
All the data obtained is presented in the assistant in the form of graphs, charts, ratings (bad-good-excellent). The user receives weekly reports on all measurements.
A pulse wave sensor is installed on the Accofrisk non-invasive watch.
The assistant is implemented by us as a section of the functionality of the Accofrisk mobile application.

We have already measured the data, taken into account the influence of some factors, and the next-most important feature of our AI assistant is prediction and recommendations.
To date, our assistant monitors the risks associated with:
✓ Heart – myocarditis, myocardial hypoxia, ischemic heart disease.
✓ Blood – diastolic hypertension.
✓ Brain – cerebral infarction, aneurysm, cerebral arterial and venous malformation.
✓ Renal – gout, primary glomerulonephritis, uremia, hyperuricemia, severe urinary tract infections.
✓ Lungs – supportive diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
✓ Diabetes – prediabetes and all types of diabetes.
Significantly, our device shows changes in parameters related to the risks of developing certain diseases. This helps to track the development of the disease in different planes. For example, when developing diabetes, our AI assistant tracks 10 parameters related to hypoglycemia and 7 related directly to diabetes.
